Luz Stella understands the responsibilities inside an organization and the lives affected by its decisions.
Her perspective is grounded in more than 40 years across finance, marketing, human resources, organizational development and public service. She spent 28 years with the City of Sunrise, Florida, ultimately serving as Human Resources Director.
Her lived adversity, including the loss of her son, Antonio, deepened her appreciation for the human being behind every title, role and decision. Her personal transformation adds soul to the professional experience she brings.
